Information of Loepfe Brothers Ltd and Treepoint Ltd

We are happy to inform you about the integration of Treepoint Ltd into Loepfe Brothers Ltd, after a period of close cooperation between these two companies. Now share holder meetings of both companies signed the agreement and the integration will take place immediately. As of 1st July 2004 all Treepoint activities are now integrated into LOEPFE.
