MORAPEX Material Control

The MORAPEX system provides complete information about the inner material state by means of forced desorption and in good accordance with standard methods. It is portable and works simple, fast, reproducible and non-destructive.

Standard oriented fast examination
  • Color fastness to water, 37°C in 1-2 min. (standard method: 4 hours)
  • Color fastness to washing, 60°C in 1-2 min. (standard method: 30 min.)
 Analysis of residuals like:
  • alkali, core alkali and acids/salts

  • peroxides
  • formaldehyde
