Prisma

Remission-curve of a yellow dyestuff. As a spectrum are the wavelenghts taken from 400 to 700nm (according to the visible light).

A new job (recipe) with the parameters like standard, substrate and the to use dyestuffs. The calculated recipe and the difference values are also displayed.

The synthesis is quite usefull to determine if a recipe is easy to correct or not. The narrows shows us in which direction the color "moves" when changing the amount of dyestuff.

Before starting the calculation options like minimum and maximum number of dyestuffs and maximum dE are selectable.

The recipe chart makes it easy to choose the favorite calculated recipe.

Qtex

An example of a statistical graphic with calculated tolerance block, confidential value 95% in the block, 10% check-limit.

Comparision of a sample to its reference with the usual LabCH-values. As a standard illuminant D65. On the screen we see clearly the metamerism between the other illuminants (F11/A). Here we use a distance tolerance block, CMC2:1 with a dE of 1.00.

Texlog

On this screen is a module for reactiv dyeing. With for example a bleaching module you can create a process according to your requirements.

The recipe for a certain color is connected with a process and a quality.

The data of all products, chemicals and dyestuffs are stored in the system.

Example of a production print out.

Flex

In the evaluation menu we see clearly that the dye liquor on the left side corresponds to the theoritical recipe and the one on the right doesn't. We can correct the faulty dyeliquor to the theoretical recipe or to the reference bath on the left.

On here are different corrections available. The system tells us exactly what amount of dyestuff, or if the solution is too concentrated, what amount of water we have to take.

This is an example of the remission datas of a calibration dyestuff. Its characteristics are stored in the system as a fingerprint.
